Welcome to Gorrie’s PTA ..in the last year we have been making great strides in reducing our paper consumption and printing costs. This year we are launching our PTA 1st Day Packet forms ONLINE at mygorrie.com. Along with the forms below you will find useful information, calendar dates and contacts for our everyday PTA activities.
Please read, complete and print each of the forms below. Submit all your student’s forms in ONE envelope and write ONE check per family .
- PTA Membership = $5 per individual.
- Student Directory Form = $5 each (suggested 2 - one for car one for home).
- Directory Business form = Business Ads are $20 each.
- Magnet Order form = $6 each.
- Gorrie Gear ..variety of items.
- Willingness to Serve.
Send in your completed forms to ONE of your student’s teachers (even if you have multiple children..remember all their forms are in one envelope for attention of PTA ). Checks are made out to ‘GORRIE PTA’.
The above will make processing the orders easier and more accurate.
